The website at www.prphs.com is a non-profit entity for the purpose of providing "white pages" directories of email addresses for graduates of Pleasure Ridge Park (PRP) High School in Louisville KY. All email address submissions are moderated by the webmaster, and, where possible, checked against the official published Alumni Directory for PRP. The email addresses are provided solely as a means of contacting fellow alumni for coordinating school-related events, such as class reunions.

Email addresses submitted to the website are not directly provided to any other commercial or non-commercial entity. They are, however, publicly available to anyone who visits the website, or to any search engines which might visit the website. As such, the email addresses have no privacy, and should be considered "insecure".

In order to preserve the privacy of their primary email addresses, alumni are encouraged to obtain a free email account from any of the standard free mailbox providers (gmail.com, yahoo.com, excite.com, hotmail.com, etc.) for submission to the prphs.com class directories.

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure that email addresses are not "harvested" from the website by other commercial or non-commercial entities.

The website is not responsible if you start receiving unsolicited email from fellow classmates, or your estranged spouse sends you harrassing notes, and you "just know that he got the email address from www.prphs.com". Do not provide prphs.com an email address that you do not wish to be publicly available.

If you start receiving unsolicited, obscene, harassing, or threatening email to the address that you provided to www.prphs.com, contact your internet service provider (ISP), providing them a copy of the offensive email. They may be able to use the mail routing info to find the originator of the email, or at least block the originator from sending you more.

It is impossible for such email to originate from prphs.com; the website does not provide mailboxes or mail forwarding for public or private use. This website does not send email; it is not a mailing list, nor will it act as a proxy sending out notifications of events, charities, or personal causes.
