2008 Fall Pleasure Ridge Park Panther Boys Basketball Golf Scramble

Date:	Saturday, October 4, 2008
Time:	8:00 AM. Shotgun start.
Place:	Sun Valley Golf Course, 6505 Bethany Lane (Bethany Lane is located off of Dixie Highway "31W", 1/4 mile North of Gene Snyder "841".)
Type:	Four man Scramble, bring your own team.
Entry Fee:	$240.00 per team.
Sponsor Fee:	$100.00 per Tee Box and $100.00 per Green. (Also a shirt sponsorship, see below)

There will be a meal provided after play for all teams.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and a place to be named later.
Additional prizes will be awarded for a Longest Drive and Closest to the Hole

1st Place: $240.00 (Cash)

All proceeds will go to support the Pleasure Ridge Park boys basketball team.

Maximum number of teams is limited to the first 30. Please contact Ray or Coach Mabrey for availability before and after September 26, 2008.

Sponsorships must be received by Thursday, September 25, 2008. Maximum number of sponsors is limited to the first 37 (18 Tee Boxes, 18 Greens and 1 Practice Green). Please contact Ray or Coach Mabrey for availability before and after September 26, 2008.

Sponsorship entries received before Thursday, September 25, 2008 will receive sponsorship on the back of the golf scramble shirt.

NO outside food or drinks PLEASE!! Rescheduling rainout is determined by Sun Valley. No refunds! Sun Valley Golf Course 937-9228.
